Are there any additional fees?
      That depends, normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff. We will try to provide some help and compensation. However, we can't refund this fee, as it would be charged by the customs office, please understand.
The tracking information hasn’t been updated for a long time
      Thanks for your patience. The shipping will take some time to be updated when it is in transit or in the customs checking. Also, it will take time to get the updated info from the shipping company. We will try our best to update that info for you.
There is no tracking information about my order.

      Why does the tracking service show that the package has been delivered, but I did not receive anything?
      The package may be placed elsewhere. Please contact our customer service if this happens.
Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
      Orders might be divided into different packages due to a difference in processing time or there are many items in your order which need to be divided.
What happens if I am not in when it arrives?
      Signature may be necessary when the package is to be delivered, so it is preferable for you or somebody else to be at home.
      If you have missed the package, please check with your local shipping company or post office with your tracking number to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.
